These
are some java games &
softwares that are compatible with Samsung D900 and other Samsung
mobiles. You can see two types of downloading links:
Download
to PC : This link downloads ZIP file which contain both
JAD & JAR files. Download to Mobile :This
link directly installs software into your mobile if you are viewing
this page from your WAP browser or Opera Mini WEB browser. OR
simply put mouse pointer on "Download to Mobile" link and note down the
URL. Now, enter this address into your mobile's WAP browser under
"Enter URL" field. This will also install software through WAP internet
into your mobile.
Every ZIP file contains a folder with both JAR & JAD
files. Just unzip these and follow the procedure given in "Install
Games on X700" page to
install these into your mobile.

Although
D900 can lock memory card But what will you do –for
example,
if you want to allow your friends to browse the photos in memory card
while KEEPING THE VIDEOS in the card PRIVATE? Or to deny access to only
a few photos and videos in the card? Using the privacy option you can
only, lock all the card data or open all.
The java app ‘The
Messiah’
is a good remedy for this. I am using this successfully. Using it, you
can make files of folders INACCESSIBLE, though it can’t make the folder
password protected. It encrypts all files of selected folders to a strange format. So,
denies access to them.
This software is developed by Atul

This software requires JSR 75 API support on your mobile. So, you can
use it on your Samsung D900.
Select
the software from Menu/
Applications/ Java World/ The Messiah V2.
Now, goto "Options/
Permission". Set"Receive
Info: Yes, Always" and press "Save".
Now start the software. This will start it without any "Want
to connect" question.
Now,
Enter your new password to use this software. Again enter this
password to confirm it and select "OK" option. Now, select "Options/
Settings".
Now all folders of internal / external (Memory card) memory will be
displayed like:
Select "tflash" and press "OK"
center key. Select your desired folder (but do not open it) and select
"Options/ Images folder". You will see this info message:
Images folder selected!
Its path is :/tflash/xyz
Select "Done"
option and again select "Options/
Done". Now, select
"Options/ EnCrypt Images".After
few seconds, you will see this message: "Done! Task
Completed!" . Select
"Done" option. All
files of this folder have been encrypted whether these are images,
videos, sounds files, music files etc.
You
need to repeat above process if you want to encrypt another folder's
files because this software can encrypt only ONE folder at a time. So,
you can make so many encrypted folders as you like.
If
you move a new file to encrypted folder,then it will not be encrypted
automatically. You have to start the program again and repeat
encryption process again.
To decrypt files, start the
software. Enter your password and select "OK" option. Go to
your desired folder by selecting "Options/ Settings".
Now all folders of internal / external (Memory card) memory will be
displayed. Select your
desired folder (but do not open it) and select "Options/ Images folder".
You will see this info message:
Images folder selected!
Its path is :/tflash/xyz
Select "Done"
option and again select
"Options/ Done". Now, select "Options/ DeCrypt Images".
After few seconds, you will see this message: "Done! Task
Completed!" . Select "Done"
option. All files of this folder have been
decrypted.
Note:
The time consumed during ENCRYPTION or DECRYPTION process depends on
the total number of files present in the target folder. e.g ; To
encrypt / decrypt 50 files will take approx. 50 seconds.

This is a
powerful phone explorer for your Samsung D900 and other mobiles that
have JSR 75 API support. The main features of Mini Commander are
as follows :
(01) Full access of all folders & files which are on phone's
internal memory or memory card.
(02)
Browse all images (JPG/GIF) in FULL SCREEN mode from phone's internal
memory or memory card. For full screen view, images MUST have phone
screen resolution (240 x 320 pixels).
(03) Play sounds files (amr/ midi) with options like PLAY, PAUSE, NEXT,
PREVIOUS.
(04) Show file/folder properties of every file/folder by selecting file
and press "1"key.
(05) Read / Edit TEXT (.txt) files very quickly from both internal and
external (memory card) memory of phone.
(06) Some basic actions for files/folders like rename/ copy/ paste/ delete
etc from both internal or external memory of phone.
Note : If
you want faster navigation speed then download version 2.4 because version 3.0 is
slower than older version.
How
to USE it (VERSION 2.4)
Select
the software from Menu/
Applications/ Java World/ Mini Commander. Now,
goto "Options/
Permission". Set"Receive
Info: Yes, Always" and press "Save".
Now start the software. This will directly start it without any "Want
to connect" question. Now
all folders of internal / external (Memory card) memory will be
displayed like:
To open any folder, select it and press "OK" center key.
To go to previous directory/ folder, select "..." option &
press "OK" center key.
To close any file, press "Right Soft Key" and select "Exit" then press
"OK" center key.
To select all files, press " * " key. To deselect, press " # " key.
To go to "Menu", press "Right Soft Key".
To Close the software, go to "Menu/ Exit" and press "OK" center key.
To switch into full screen mode of this software, go to "Menu/ Options/
Settings/ Panels Mode/ Full Screen".
View
images: Select image (JPG
or GIF) file and press "OK"
center key. This will display image in FULL SCREEN mode
(from phone's memory or memory card). For full screen,the desired image
MUST contain your mobile's screen resolution (240 x 320 pixels).
Press "UP/ DOWN"
navigation keys to go to
"NEXT/ PREVIOUS" image of current folder.
Play
Sound files:Select sound (AMR/ MIDI) files
and
press "OK"
center key. This will play your selected file. While playing,
these are shortcut keys: Up :
Play Down:
Pause/ Resume Center
Key: Stop Left/
Right: Next/ Previous file
Read/
Edit TEXT Files:
Select text (TXT) file and press "3" numeric key. This will open the
selected text file in standard fonts. To edit it, you need to close it
first. Now, select desired file and press "4" numeric key. This will
open the text file in EDIT mode. Just edit it and select "Save" option.
You will see this pop-up: "Want to connect? Yes or No". Select "Yes"
option. This will save the edited file.
NOTE:
This software does not open large text files. e.g; It showed JAVA error
when i tried to open 209 KB sized text file but "Read Maniac"
successfully opened this big file. So, i think, for text file reading
purpose, "Read Maniac" is better than any other software. There are
more features available but i think this is enough for this time. Use
it to explore more features of this software.

folders of internal/external memory of mobile from this software. I can
read / edit text (.txt) files from this software along with these
options: Edit, Save, Save As, Save As Encrypted, Find, Full Screen,
Preferences etc.
To open any file, press "5" numeric key or center "OK" navigation key
TWO TIMES. Although, text editor is slow. To use Menu options, select
the options like:connect, Edit, Actions, Protect etc and press "6"
numeric key. Then press "OK" center key. I have successfully copied
images from "My Photos" folder into "Other Files" folder of phone
through "MobyExplorer". You can Encrypt and ZIP/ UNZIP any kind of
file. There are more features available but i have only used this
software for 30 minutes.
I will give 9 out of 10 points because it does not open JPG/GIF images.

All-Rounder Without any Competitor
This is an
unofficial modified version of Opera
Mini (for JSR 75 API supported phones) with a lot of
enhancements. The main features are as follows:
(01) This is the WEB
Browser (with OFFLINE support) + File Manager + Download Manager + Text
Reader/ Editor + Image Viewer software. (02) Very fast
web browsing. It can save
web pages
(complete/only images/only text) on memory
card (or Other
Files folder of phone) to read offline.
(03) You can view JPG
images in FULL
SCREEN from memory
card / phone's Images folder.
(04) You can read
and edit large
text (.txt) files from memory
card/ other files folder.

It has an excellent File
Manager with a lot of capabilities for files/
folders like "Move/

Manager just like FlashGet
or any other

software. This is my promise that once you have used this software then
you will not use again any other browser like Opera Mini 4 Final
or 3.1 or
any file manager like Moby
Explorer / Mini Commander etc. This is the better
replacement of all these softwares and the best thing is that it is FREEWARE.

some basic instructions about how to use it's common features:

clear when you close the software (this is not possible even in Opera
Mini 4 final).

To search on web, select "GOOGLE"

Select "Menu/
Bookmarks/ Manage" and you can see options like "Add/
New folder/ Tools". Under tools,
the options are: Edit/
Move/ Delete/ Export/ Import/ A--->Z".

Navigation". You can see options : Home
Page/ Forward/ Back/ Reload/
Auto Reload/ Page info/ History". (Some options
are only available if a page is already loaded).

can also read web pages from it's CACHE
memory.
Just

and you can see pages with "cached"

these pages OFFLINE.
You can clear the CACHE
memory to free some memory
space just like on PC.

To go to download
manager, select Menu/
Page/ Link/ Download.

Save All Kinds of Files: select the link of your desired
file on web page, then go to Menu/
Page/ Link/ Download. This will open the DOWNLOAD
MANAGER. You can see URL of selected file alongwith
options: Link's
info, History, Autocheck file name, Save As textbox (if
you are not agree with the suggested file save path location, change it
alongwith new file name),
Referrer page (current page), Mode
of downloading (Resume interrupted), etc. Now,
select
"Download"
option. You can see "Connecting"
window then a Warning
about low space on disk. If you are sure that you have enough
space available on card then select "YES"
option. Then you can see data
transfer rate (bits/sec) alongwith file
size in KB. This will save the file into your selected
location.
(10)To
Save Web Pages: When page is loaded, select
"Menu/ Page/ Save. You will see all directories like: images,
videos, music, sounds, others, tflash. To save
page into memory card, select "tflash"
. Go into your desired folder in the memory card or create a new
folder on memory card ( through
Tools/Operations/ New Folder). Now, select
"Tools/ Save Here". This will save complete web page into
your new folder as a oms
file format.
(11)To
read Web Pages Offline:Go to Menu/
Page/ Load. You
will see all directories like: images,
videos, music, sounds, others, tflash. Go into your
desired folder where you have saved your pages. Select any one of it
and select
"Tools/ Open This". or select "Tools/
Open/ Page".
(12)To
View JPG Images: Select Menu/
Tools/ File Manager.You
will see all directories like: images,
videos, music, sounds, others, tflash. Go into your
desired folder where you have saved your images. Select any one of it
and select
"Tools/ Open/ Picture". This will open image in
full screen.

Check File/ Folder Properties: Select any File/
Folder and select Tools/
Operations/ Attributes".
